Jessica Prout

I am a psychology graduate (honours) with a passion for sexology and mental health.
With a background in psychology and sexology, I started Sprout Now to help as many people as I can achieve what they desire through offering support and accountability. As a personal consultant, I strive to help my clients lead fulfilled relationships – both with themselves and others. Specialising in dating, relationships, and intimacy, as well as self-identity development, I take time to listen, understand, and provide guidance in navigating a happier ‘now’.
